Fall will be upon us soon and hopefully the warm weather will stay with us for a bit longer! What a wonderful convention we had up at Whistler this May! Along with our usual convention we hosted the Denturist Association of Canada's annual general meeting. It was great to welcome Denturists from all across Canada to our beautiful province and especially to host it in Whistler so soon after the Olympic Games were there! Thank you to all who participated! The provincial Regulators from across Canada also came to Whistler for their regulatory meeting and used this opportunity to form the new Canadian Federation of Denturist Regulators. The Denturist Association of Canada has worked over 10 years, with considerable expense to produce the new Accreditation document. This is a big step towards accrediting and unifying the standard of education for Denturist Schools all across Canada .The Denturist Association of Canada welcomed input from the Regulators/Registrars ( CFDR ) on this ever changing and growing document. Thank you to the Executive Committee members of the Denturist Association of B.C. ,for their volunteer work over the past year . Everything they do is with the intent of advancing our profession which helps all Denturists in B.C. Thank you also to Lynne Alfreds and Jason Kasper for their hard work on creating such a great convention at Whistler. Congratulations to Paul Biddle for being the recipient of the Denturist of the Year Award. He has worked for many years on our Executive Committee and deserves to be recognized for his time and efforts. Next year our convention will be held at the beautiful Bear Mountain Resort on Vancouver Island, June 16 - 19, 2011. Of course there will be education, golf , dancing and dinner. Come and enjoy a weekend to catch up with all your fellow colleagues as we celebrate the association's 60th anniversary! The Denturist Association of Canada's annual general meeting will be in Moncton, New Brunswick on May 25th and 26th, 2011. Looking forward to seeing you all at our DABC 60th anniversary convention at Bear Mountain Resort! Message from the President

Hi everyone!

Fall will be upon us soon and hopefully the warm weather will stay with us for a bit longer!

What a wonderful convention we had up at Whistler this May! Along with our usual convention we hosted the Denturist Association of Canada's annual general meeting. It was great to welcome Denturists from all across Canada to our beautiful province and especially to host it in Whistler so soon after the Olympic Games were there! Thank you to all who participated!

The provincial Regulators from across Canada also came to Whistler for their regulatory meeting and used this opportunity to form the new Canadian Federation of Denturist Regulators.
